If you are eating right, but the scale does not move, then why is it here:
- 1. You are eating very little or too much: An extreme calorie ban slows the metabolism, while "healthy" foods can still increase weight. Balance is important!
- Not drinking enough water: Dehydration affects digestion and fat loss. Target for at least 3 liters a day.
- Lack of movement: The diet alone did not cut it - be active with daily walk, yoga or power training.
- Poor sleep: Less than 7-8 hours of quality sleep is messed with hunger hormones and metabolism.
